Webinar recording “System balancing: a great opportunity for energy savings and comfort”

On 8th July 2021, eu.bac, together with ANIMA, Syndicat ACR and AVR organized a webinar on the topic “System balancing: a great opportunity for energy savings and comfort”. The webinar saw the participation of a diverse group of actors from National regulators, the Commission and the industry for an engaging discussion on System Balancing for Technical Building Systems.

Optimising the distribution of domestic heating systems in Europe would ensure savings of 22.6 Mtoe. The European Commission should take low hanging fruit measures like system balancing in due consideration in the upcoming revision of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive to achieve the EU decarbonisation targets.
